All water, waste and drainage is charged at wholesale rates plus a fixed monthly retail fee irrespective of how much water you use.  This ensures you know exactly where your money is going and that the supplier element of the bill is fully fixed.   Many water suppliers build their fee into a unit rate meaning that if your water usage goes up, so does your retail fee.  Keep in control with Everflows easy to understand tariff and excellent service.
