Many waste providers have clauses within their terms and conditions that permit automatic contract roll overs, often with unfair and lengthy opt out requirements. We have an experienced team working with the Cooperative to assist you in this type of scenario. This does not mean we can guarantee removal of any early termination fees, but it does mean we can identify any areas where the current supplier has not met their contractual obligations as your waste carrier. Be assured that the Cooperative waste mangement team will assist in in every way possible to help secure a more affordable, fairer and more transparent waste deal, in the most timely manner whilst meeting the current suppliers contratual obligations.
