Tariff Options: Wholesale Plus
A simpler, more transparent way to pay for your business water and waste services
The Scottish Business Alliance are continually looking for ways to help members secure affordable & fit for purpose utility and business essential service contracts. A big part of achieving this for members is in providing fully transparent tariffs. This means no hidden costs or broker commissions and allows businesses to see exactly where their business water spend is going. The Wholesale Plus tariff is an alternative billing method that separates the Wholesaler cost (e.g. Scottish Water) from the supplier costs (often referred to as a retailer or Licensed Provider such as Everflow). As well as being able to see where your water supply spend goes, it also allows the supplier retail fee to be fixed for the entire duration of the water contract unlike other suppliers where the retail and wholesale fee are consolidated into single unit rates.
